West Tennessee Day Trippin’ is now online with a brand new website!

Memphis is not the only destination worth seeing in the Mid-South.  While Memphis has Graceland, Beale Street, the National Civil Rights Museum and the Mud Island River Park and Mississippi River Museum, within an hour or two of Memphis are some of the best places in the region to get away, if only for the day. This virtual guide is intended to help you plan your next visit Memphis and the Mid-South by presenting you with recreational resources, unique and authentic places, and cultural treasures on and off the beaten path that make this a very special place to experience. Come Day Trippin’ with us in West Tennessee!

Day Trippin Statewide BannerWest Tennessee has the perfect mix of family friendly places and wide open spaces, small-town charm and big-time fun! Whether you want to hear some good guitar picking, pick up some great shopping bargains or just spend the day picking your own fruit, you can find your Day Trippin’ getaway right here.

We are traveling from Memphis to cities and towns all around Shelby County, Fayette County, Lauderdale County and Tipton County.  When we find a good spot to go Day Trippin’, we’ll blog about it, share photos and videos.  If you know of a great Day Trippin’ getaway in one of these counties, tell us about it. We love suggestions. If we follow your suggestion, you could be a prize winner!
