The West Tennessee Delta Heritage Center (WTDHC), home of the Tina Turner Museum, received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, for the second consecutive year. Now in its seventh year, the achievement recognizes establishments that consistently earn great TripAdvisor reviews from travelers, and celebrates the accommodations, attractions, and eateries that make the perfect trips possible. To match their excellence in service and exhibition, the WTDHC just launched a new, easy to navigate website allowing guests to get a comprehensive look at the museums, cultural history, and events that are held on-site.

“It is an honor to receive this award for a second year,” says WTDHC Executive Director Sonia Outlaw-Clark. “The staff and volunteers here at the center work so hard to ensure that our guests receive the best service and I’m honored that they have received this acknowledgment from TripAdvisor once again. We’ll continue to make it our mission to preserve and share our passion for the exhibitions and for Brownsville and West Tennessee. I’m also very proud of our newly launched website that gives our online visitors a more in-depth look at our culture and museums here at the center.”

“This recognition helps travelers identify and book properties that regularly deliver great service. TripAdvisor is proud to play this integral role in helping travelers feel more confident in their booking decisions,” says Vice President of Industry Marketing, Heather Leisman.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity, and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
