Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park offers bank and boat fishing for bass, bluegill and catfish, as well as some outstanding largemouth bass. A special lake permit fee is required for fishing and a launch fee is charged for personal jon boats, canoes and kayaks. The park also offers cabins to rent and facilities for various campsites. T.O. Fuller State Park offers 45 campsites for both RVs and tents. The site is a popular birding site, attracting rare black-bellied whistling ducks, nesting black-necked stilts among others. Learn more.

Fort Pillow State Historic Park offers bank fishing and boat fishing on Sulllivan’s Pond. Trailered boats can be launched into Sullivan’s Pond at the park’s public boat launch ramp. The park also offers facilities for various campsites. Learn more.
