1/2 – RACES: Hill & Dale 8 Miler – Millington, TN

This race is on roads and paved paths. It is not a trail run.
The 37th Annual Hill and Dale 8 Miler takes you through the Hills and Dales and switchbacks of our great Meeman Shelby Forest State Park. Start the new year off right with this fun 8 miler! Come out & help us raise money for Friends of the Forest.
Awards will be presented 3-deep to: Open, Master, Grand Master, and Senior Master, and 5-year age groups beginning with 19 and under and ending with 80+. Long sleeved tee shirts are guaranteed to all who register & order a shirt by Dec. 15. Shirt orders after Dec. 15 may not be available on race day pending supplies, but will be available for pickup within 2 weeks after the race at one of the Breakaway Running stores in Memphis or Germantown. Shirts can be mailed with payment of $5 for postage (for those ordering after 12/15).
Pre-Registration Fees (thru December 30, 2015): $8 without shirt; $20 with shirt.
Late and Race Day Registration Fees: $15 without shirt; $30 with shirt.
We will have hamburgers, hotdogs, and other great food after the race. If you would like to bring your favorite dish, we would welcome it. All will be waiting for you in the lodge after the race! Please contact us if you are planning to bring a dish or dessert.
Cozy up to the fire during the awards ceremony which will start at approximately 1:15. There will be door prizes to give away.
